The new garden colony Expansion Lazaro Cardenas and the House of Culture of San Cristobal Huichochitlán bear the name Jaime Almazan Delgado, as an initial tribute to the great man who was an example of honesty, intelligence and commitment, announced the municipal president of Toluca, Martha Hilda González Calderón.
