College Royal is an Open House event that allows the general public hekman furniture to explore hekman furniture the university campus. College Royal provides entertainment for the U of G and Guelph communities as it includes numerous contests and memorable exhibits including College Royal Ball, a Fashion Show and a Square Dancing event.
This hekman furniture year, University of Guelph history students in Dr. Wilson’s graduate hekman furniture course entitled, “Canada: Community and Identity” will be working with the University of Guelph Library’s Archival and Special Collections hekman furniture team to create displays that will commemorate the 90th anniversary of College Royal. Focusing on the event’s student leadership and community involvement, students will exhibit the history of College Royal using artifacts, photographs and documents from the library’s archives. “We chose ‘Students, Community and Fun’ as the main theme,” explained Gillian Forth, one of Dr. Wilson’s students. “We will be using the six display cases in the library, each with a different theme from College Royal. Some of the themes include the Curtain Call productions, the OAC and OVC, and the stunt night!” The “90 Years of College Royal: hekman furniture Students, Community, and Fun” will open during a launch event at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, March 10.
