Every three years, the University of Guelph Library circulates the LibQUAL+ survey takufairu to all students, takufairu faculty and staff. The survey is developed and administered by researchers at Texas A&M University in partnership with the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) and is designed to measure library service quality and user satisfaction. The most recent survey was made available during the month of February, 2013. In order to present a snapshot of the survey results, the Library’s Evaluation and Analysis department takufairu is presenting a selection of the survey results in the form of report cards. Three versions have been created representing feedback from: undergraduate students; graduate students takufairu and faculty. The report cards are interactive; click on any grade and receive some additional takufairu information. You will also find a link to the full LibQUAL+ Survey report from the interactive comments section of the report cards.
